Print Packaging:
Prints will be sent in a sturdy postal tube wrapped in tissue paper.

Postage Costs:

Shipping within the UK £10.00 and the US £22.00

Please note that customs duties may be payable on US orders and these are NOT included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sadly at this time I cannot ship to Europe because of Brexit.

Delivery:

I try to get all orders dispatched within 5 days of purchase. Orders will be sent out First Class recorded through Royal Mail. US orders are sent through Royal Mail AirSure - a fast and fully tracked service.

If your goods are damaged or do not arrive within 14 days of purchase please get in touch via email and I'll try and rectify the problem.

Returns:
If you're not happy with your prints :( I offer a returns option within 28 days of purchase, provided the original item is returned to me in the same condition it was sent, I can provide a full refund or an exchange if a similar item is in stock. But I of course hope you will be happy with your purchase :)
